Day-1: Visit the old part of the city, start with Armenian Church, Star Mosque, walk through Hindu street, visit the Palace of the Nawab’s of Dhaka, known as Ahsan Manzil or Pink Palace. Sadarghat, the river front where you can see hundreds of boats and river crafts. Visit to Curzon Hall office of the British vice Roy , Sahid Minar, birth place of International Mother Language Day. Lalbagh Mughal fort, Liberation War Museum. National museum and the National Parliament, the master piece of Louis I. Kahn.
Day-2: Drive to Sonargaon, the capital of the independent Sultans of Bengal. Visit Goaldi, single dome mosque, the dead city of Panam and recently renovated Folk museum. Drive to Mainamati in Comilla, visit to the Buddhist remains at Mainamati. Salban Vihara, Itakhula Mura, Rupban Mura and the site museum. Return to Dhaka.
